In 2018, Park Christian School contracted with ZCON to provide modified General Contracting services for its flagship Commons and Classroom Addition. The challenge of adding 35,000 SF onto the existing building while school was in session was met with tireless attention by ZCON project management and supervisory staff. The complete remodel of the 22,000 SF elementary wing into the new high school wing had to be accomplished in less than 90 days to be ready for fall term.
ZCON performed the project on a cost-plus-a-fee basis to provide full transparency to the school administration to ensure accountability for the privately funded, fully paid for, $6 Million project. The additional classrooms proved to be priceless during COVID social distancing and allowed for unprecedented 28% growth in 2021.
