A. Glenn Hill Building (NDSU STEM)
The $22 Million Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Center was completed under Lance’s leadership at his previous company. The building features state-of-the-art science and technology labs with high tech mechanical and electrical systems. The building, located on the east side of the North Dakota State University campus, is an icon in the FM community.
Bobcat World Headquarters
The iconic Bobcat World Headquarters along I94 in West Fargo was completed under Lance’s guidance in his previous company. The existing 60,000 SF Building was completely remodeled and refaced while occupied. An adjacent 50,000 SF addition was completed simultaneously. The $20 Million renovation and expansion provide an impressive gateway to the Fargo-Moorhead community.
Prairie Heights Church
Prairie Heights Church in Fargo, ND was built in 2016 to serve as the permanent home for the Prairie Heights congregation that had been meeting in temporary spaces for several years while experiencing explosive growth. The culture of the congregation suggested designing a space that was welcoming for all and useable for the broader community. Under Lance’s leadership, the project was delivered under a design-build, CM-at-Risk contract. Along with the architect and the church’s user groups, the design-build team created a highly functional auditorium, youth area and education wing that will serve the church’s contemporary style and function.
