ZCON was formed in 2017 by Lance Ziebarth, its President, to fill a need for experienced, responsive, high service construction services in Fargo-Moorhead and the surrounding area. We are a small but highly experienced team that takes pride in delivering exceptional construction services utilizing design-build, general contracting, or construction management delivery methods.
