The eastern edge of the Fargo-Moorhead metro has been short of restaurant and bar facilities for many years. The owners of the Silver Spike Bar and Grill contracted with ZCON to design-build its new 5,000 SF restaurant in the Rail District Development on Highway 10 on the eastern edge of Dilworth. The full-service restaurant features a new high-tech kitchen. The bar features a separate cooler for its draft beer selection. The polished concrete floor and wood finished walls provide a rustic yet modern feel, and 27 televisions provide entertainment wherever you are seated. The $1.7 million project was complete in September of 2021.
