Muscatell Properties
ZCON was contracted by Muscatell Properties to provide Construction Management services on a fee basis. The 30,000 SF precast facility features state-of-the-art body shop facilities and a 4,500 SF office and customer center. The exterior of the building features stunning metal wall panel facades in the Muscatell brand blue color.
The facility includes three paint booths as well with high tech mechanical and electrical systems. It also features advanced lighting and ventilation for the 17 technician bays.
